Here are the times, with the best at top.

1/4 et 13.5116 13.5288 13.5383 13.5800
1/4 mph 105.36 104.96 105.83 105.23
All runs were made with my normal load. Nothing removed. Spare tire and jack and some tools in the trunk. Approximately 5/8 to 3/4 tank of gas. (I drove 100 miles to track and wanted to have plenty of gas to drive there, race, and drive back.) Temperature was 72 with a humidity of 41% and there was a brisk headwind breeze.
My best run was my last. The car ran well. My 60s were bad, especially the two 2.3+ runs. On both of those runs I tried to flash start, and got a lot of spin. On all of the others I loaded the converter. I attribute the bad 60s to a few things. First, at this track, there are no lanes to by pass the water boxes. Second, my tires, Summit Radial Tracs, give great wear, but aren't for performance and they have 31,000+ miles now and seem to be giving up a bit. Third, from this and past experience, with these 2.73s, it seems even when I get a good launch, my best 60s times are high 2.1s. Fourth, I didn't deflate my tires any, which means I was running at 32-34 lbs in the rear as I would on the street.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with my times for my mods and these 2.73s. Next year, I'll have my college loan paid off and I can spend more on the car. I have a set of 3.42s waiting to be installed. I'm also thinking of an LS6 intake and maybe sticky rears for the strip.

Nice times , congrats but before I would do a ls6 intake , Your best bang for the buck mod would be a torque converter. TCI superstreet Fighter is probable the best converter for the money IMO, and it would compliment the 342s very nicely. The converter itself would put u into the 12s pending no traction problems
I agree that the TC would be the best mod I can do. I am waiting on the TC until after I park the car as a daily driver, though.
The one mod I'm sure of right now are the gears. I have a set of 3.42s waiting for me to have the money to install them. I really think I'll do the LS6 intake after that, then a TC or headers. I'm thinking of stickier rear tires, and if I do the TC, then that'll be definite.
Oh yeah, I think I can get 13.2s or 13.3s with better traction. What do you guys think? I think thats decent for my car and mods. Next time I go I'm bleeding the rears to 25-26 pounds.
