New times

The car is a 96 A4 TA
Mods before
Hooker lt's, FIPK, home made Y, flowmaster, csi wp, stock tune, 245/50/16 nittos, no spare or jack. 285 rwhp Ran 2.2 - 8.8-82mph all day long. mid 80 deg

the car now
Mac mids, the Y is crushed pretty flat, flowmaster, csi wp, FIPK, LE2 heads, 1.6rr, ported intake, vig 3200, 3.42 gears, 275/40/17 nittos, Full Waite. The car is currently dies at idle and has 8deg of KR at any thing over 20% throttle. So the car has some issues. Humidity in the high 60's and temp in the 80's.
1.8 - 8.3 - 82mph

Before 2.2 - 8.8- 82 mph
After 1.8 - 8.3- 82 mph....lanched off idle....track prep was bad..

Re: New times

I would say it has alot more in it for what you have done. My car with no stall, no ported heads and no 1.6rr's runs 8.3 1/8's at around 83.5 mph.

I think you need to get a better flowing exhaust for starters, maybe get a cutout at least and open it up at the track. I can tell a good difference with my cutout open.

Scratch that first though, just saw you have a stock tune. Get that baby tuned, at the very least get a mail order tune, or best yet get a dyno tune. You may also wanna get a Lt4 knock module since you are getting KR.
