new 1/4 times, need some advice.

Last month I ran I kept pulling 2.7-2.8 60''s running 14's@100+

Ran this past weekend, and this was my best, ran on 275/40 Nittos bought used:

Temp: 79*
Relative Humidity: 100
Barometer: 30.49

RT: .764
60'2.102
330: 5.867
1/8: 8.818@83.03
1000:11.408
13.530@106.19

here the mods:
Car#2167 (1 of 109 black coupe/m6's)
1997 Camaro SS SLP options: Performance exhaust system, composite hood w/ functional CAI, rear decklid spoiler, Zr1 17X9 alloy rims, Larger front anti-sway bar & revised rear track, bilstein shocks & struts, SS floor mats. Mods: Granatelli MAF, 1le bellow, slp temp sensor, 58mm TB, ported LT1 intake, GM LT4 Hot Cam(218/228 duration,.525/.525 lift w/1.6RR 112LSA),Crane GS RR's 1.6, Taylor 8mm plug wires, LT4 KM,160thermostat, hooker LT's, mufflex Y-pipe no cats!, 3.42grs, polyurethane TA mount, 1le panhard bar, 1le driveshaft, SLP steel billet flywheel, Stage 3 Spec Star clutch, removed smog/EGR, hurst shifter w/white 6speed ball, K&N filter)

I know my 60's still aren't that good, my question is how should I be launching my car, I need some details, people tell me to feather the clutch?? what is feathering the clutch, ride the clutch is that what they mean? what rpm's should I launch at, I been launching at 2500rpm's, but I still spin alot, I launch at 2K and it bogs yet I can pull good consistant 60's..running on 275/40 Nitto DR's now.

thanks,

Rick

I am just typing down what my timeslip says, all of them say that, It might be an error in their system, people ran earlier that day that Tennessee Speed Sport sponsered and his read 100% humidity also...

mmkay, I found out why Beech Bend's time slips always say 100%, some one from the car club I am in MTFBA said:
"BB always has 100% on their slips... dunno why... think it has something to do w/ the creek right near there... but its not really that high... just a fluke they never fix:
