Moroso Battery Box in a 4th gen?

Has anyone fit the blue Moroso battery box in the spare tire area of a 4th gen F-body?

Looking to relocate the battery on my 94.

Thanks,
Marc

Go to the link in my sig and go to fab shop. Look for the Red "93" camaro. Mine is a 96 but the guy who did the site put it in as a 93.

You can't replace the side cover though with the box in place can you?
It stays visible.

so is relocating the batt to the rear legal in the f-bodies because there is no "wall" between the driver and the batt or does having a sealed box count for that? I do know that you need a shut off switch to be leagal at the track though.

It's legal as long as it's in an approved sealed box vented outside the body.
