On a street night the car ran a worst of 14.3@100
Best was when I kicked the rear end out quite a bit and ran a 14.1@100 with a 2.3 60 and all runs on crummy p235 tires.
Traps are great for what I got IMHO
Radials and prep night I know its a solid 13 sec car.
I ran a buddy from a slow roll in his 99 T/A A4 and with his stall, 4.10's, exhaust, radials, MSD wires, plugs and a few other things he beat me by barley a car.... and he was very suprised to hear I was NOT spraying.

Long tubes and O/R pipe are next....

 

What kind of N2O are you going to run and how much? Is this a 6 speed or A4? Any reasons you decided to do the spray? Sounds pretty solid for a mild bolt on car.

I keep the N20 stuff under wraps just because there are a few people on here that tend to talk a lot... Ill PM it over
I have not put it in the car yet but will once the beater is fixed. I did it so that I could hang with some cars that I know if this summer, well.... I am hanging with them on the motor LOL... so I have not been in a hurry to put it in. I don't win but its close.

Im just waiting to see what it will do after it hooks with that 100 trap
I do plan on hooker LT's and O/R y-pipe very soon also

 

Ah, I didnt see that part of the sig. I want N2O too, but the risk of blowing my A4 is what holds me back. Let me know how it does.

Im not to worried about it but I don't plan to spray it all the time.

If I had a MOSER and built tranny I would have a LE2 and spraying on top of that...... say good bye to the stock drivetrain with that LOL.

 

Freak? Eh...not even close. I ran a 14.3 @ 99 in my stock '97 Z28 and my buddy ran a 14.2 @ 100 in his bone stock '96 WS6.

With a CAI and a Borla exhaust, I ran a 13.9 @ 101.5. These are pretty average times for mild bolt-on LT1s. Your car isn't runnin bad, but doesn't even resemble a 'freak'.

My stepmom has a 94 LT1 A4 w/ TTops - BONE stock. In fact, at the time my dad ran it, it had 80,000 miles on it and the original spark plug wires. He has done nothing to the car for her other than maintenance.

The first time he took it to the track: 13.67

This was at Atco, which is a sea level track, on a cool night.

 

Thats kinda what I was thinking. I know the car has more left in it. The street tires and the 2.3 60's are killing me!
I was thinking more of a freak on stickey tires and good 60's but if people are pulling 13.6 on stock everything then guess not lol.

But for a mild car traping at 100 I am happy

Once I get some long tubes on the goal for this year will be a 13.7 on stickey tires N/A and 12's N20 (no 75 shot for me...). I will be happy with that. If I get there I don't know but its a goal

 

In the track kill stories you said that your at 3000 ft elevation. I think that will make you atleast 1/2 sec slower than anyone at sea level.

In 95 with my car 100% stock[down to the crappy GS-cs] 13.718 @ 102.436

I ran 13.7 at 102 with my muffler takin off with 2.0 60 times

 

Now I have long tubes and run 13.5 at 104 but cant get the same 60's and have a few bugs to work out

 

I ran a 2.168/13.44@103.35, (best of 104.78) with just a muffler, CAI, MadZ28 tune, front bumper support removed, jack/spare/and belt removed on ZR1/street tires.

That was totally impressive to me!! Car has 131k miles on it.
Then went to a local 1/8th and ran a 1.989/8.59@79.38 dumping at 5k on MT DRs and the bumper support in....

This car is going to be quick!!
