Lightbulb M/T tire's

Anybody using mickey thompson sportsman "i" or sportsman pro's tire's? What's your best 60'?
I'd use et streets but they lack tread depth.

I would say use Nittos on the street and Et Streets at the track(like I do)
I cut high 1.7`s on the Nittos and low 1.7`s on the Et Streets.
My Nittos are 315`s so your traction might not be quite as good but they are a great street tire.

I know a guy that owns a 77 Camaro with an automatic and a 355. I don't know what stall he uses, and I think he has 4.10 gear. I have seen him cut high 1.6 60ft times on M/T Sportsmans. He runs 7.90s in the eigth.

I haven't run on the "I" series but I can vouch for the Sportsman Pro's. They have drag racing compound and a 2 ply wrinkle wall sidewall like a slick unlike the plain Sportman's that have a stiffer sidewall. I've been able to cut as low as a 1.585 60 ft. so far with them. I heat them up and they hook. It depends what you want out of the tire. I like the Pro's because I'm still driving on the street occasionally, if it was a trailer queen I'd run a slick.

i am running m/t 31-18.5-15 sportsmans on my car (not the wrinkle wall ones ) i really don't like them. i tried running my friends 31-15.50-15 sportsman pro's and hooked a lot better but still didn't hook even after doing a nice hazer. i am buying hoosier quick time pro's (like the ET street but better) and getting those in 31-18.5-15 also. my 60' at 4200 ft elevation on the ****ty tires was a 2.0 and that was spinning all the way threw 1st gear too.
