LT1 Direct Port Users Inside

I am going to start plumbing my NX Direct Port system in the next couple of days here.

I am looking for a few pics or some tips on how to bend this succesfully. It is my first attempt at bending lines, but I think I will manage just fine.

I am more concerned with how the solenoids tie into the distribution blocks, and how all of the blocks tie together. I have seen a pic on ARE's site, but thats about it and it doesn't show a rear or overhead view for me to work off of.

Thanks In Advance

I have done a couple on carb'd motors, I like the NOS tubing bender, makes nice tight radius bends without kinks. I use a piece of coat hanger to make the lines, one by one, and then transfer the pattern to the tubing.. it looks like crap if you miss a bend, and try to un-bend it...Just take your time, and pay attention to bends and lengths, and you will be ok.

I'v had good luck with the Ridgid single line tube bender, the one I have is for 3/16 line. The really nice part is that it locks the line in place when bending. If your going to M7 I'll bring it with me Nick.

I may be at M7, I'm not sure yet. I may have to work until noon which would make the trip kind of pointless.

I have seen this tool that you speak of. In fact Harlan is going to let me borrow his. I am just glad to hear that somebody else has had success with it. Now I know I at least have the right tool
