looking for advice on setting suspension

I just bought a sphon adjustable torque are along with adjustatble lower control arms. what is the best way to go about setting the angle and lenghts on these? thank you.

My lower control arms are set to stock lenght....just line them up to the stockers to check length. They should come stock length from Spohn. For the torque arm you might want to start with a -2 pinion angle depending on mods, etc. I adjust my pinion angle while the car is sitting on all 4 tires with nothing supporting the chassis.
