Launching with BFG drag radials?

just picked up a set.............. need some tips ie: burn out, launch speed, etc............. for a 6-speed.

I've got mine on 17" firehawks and I run 15 lbs at the track. I've got the 2-step on the box set at 4000. Do a good burnout and mine cuts 1.75 60' all day. I have the front sway bar removed too that helps. Good choice BFG's are the best.

are u saying you launch at 4000 RPM's? wow!

and how long should i do the burnout for?

I do one until I have a good bit of smoke. I ussually have someone back me in and watch the smoke. I just let the 2-step hold it at 4000 and drop the clutch. I don't side-step it.
