Your et does seem a little slow. I would think that you'd be where you're at now with just the long tubes. With running 1.8's in the 60 ft, you should be in the low 13's. I got a 13.4 and all I basically have are midlength headers, cut out, and a tune. That was also with a 2.01 60 ft.
