i got beat by a 03 cobra.
i have a 95 ta with a lt1 from a 95 vette. i raceed a 03 cobra and got beat. it didn't have a super charger. it was a normal cobar. i had 5 people in my car and he had 3 but still. is this norma. i got beat by 1/2 car. and then bye 1 car.

I'd like to know how you had 5 people in your car in the first place? 
Perhaps it was an earlier version of the Cobra, or if it was for sure an '03, then maybe the guy's pulley fell off??

me one of my guy friends and 3 girls that i know. we only raced to 80-85, becuse i had people in my car. i always thought that lt1 were faster that cobars. i raced a 05 gto and beat that. thats what i don't understand.

i am taking apart the car next week. new heads cc306 cam true dual exhaust. i have a 272 rear gear. putting a 373 in.

he said it was a 03. i don't know he told me that it wasn't superchargered and i didn't hear the wine. that link said that the cobra runs a 13.5-13.6. so why would i get flamed for losing to something that is faster. i think that he had so mods. not sure. i will get a rematch after cam and heads are installed.

the link that said the cobras run 13.5-13.6 must be for teh 99-01s
