My et streets are pretty much worn but I can still see the grooves in the tire for the "tread" Can I run these tires until the grooves are totally gone? Or is it unsafe to, is their a wear indicator??

When the cord starts to show, they are done. Ask me how I know this.

If you can still see grooves, they are still OK. I ran mine down a ways past the grooves.

 

Like a normal street tire, inside the grooves are wear bars. When you reach the wear bars, the tires are considered worn out.
