i cut a 2.0xx 60 footer on my Falken Ziex street tires with a 13.711 ET with only a cutout.

A4 is God without slicks for all you gear bangers

But when I'm done at the track i must say that M6s are much more fun to drive.................unless you start gettin into full manual valve bodied A3/A4s.

Dont worry, we'll be there for ya, us F-body guys gotta stick together, no matter what transmission.

After I get my reverse manual valvebody TH400, I'll have all the fun of driving a manual (albeit 3 gears), and the advantages of having an auto....

Being 2, 3 cars in front of most manuals out of the 60'.

on street tires i go from idle-1500 dependin how the track is. and as the clutch comes out the gas goes down. i was able to pull 1.98-2.0 and 13.0s like that.

on bfg drag radials it was always around 3000+ and i was always in the 1.85-1.9 range. always kept too much air in them so i wouldnt blow the rear for the 4rth time. i dropped the pressure to 16 lbs once and smoked the clutch on the line. lol

the best lauch I ever had on my ver slippery street tires was launching from a idle like when your at a red light. as soon as you start to roll nail it and go...

now that I have a 12 bolt I will be getting some better tires and will play with it. can;t do to much now cause my factory clutch is on it;s way out and slippin

Street tires best i ever did was a 2.1. I just took off like i was at a stop light and rolled into it pretty hard.

Nittos i heat them reall well, 12 psi. 3500 drop = best 60 1.78

Same technique for ET streets as nittos, but i rev to 6k, and right before i drop, i mash the gas before side stepping clutch. = best 60 1.68

I pretty much launch off idle. I give the car just a little bit of gas and then floor it out of the hole. Best 60' is 1.71 and i average low 1.7's on BFG drag radials.
