How do you burnout in an M6?

I know I have to drop in the clutch, get the wheels spinning and hold the brake with the heel of my left foot, but for some reason, i just keep stalling out..

any suggestions?

ur not giving enough gas..i bet your clutch HATES you from stallling out

I put my right toe on the gas, and the heel of my right foot on the brake, then control the clutch with my left foot

just rev it up to idk, 3k or so you really dont even need a specific point just make sure its enough to get em spinnin instead of boggin it. then just dump the clutch and gas it. it depends tho, you can just do that and after they stop smokin accelerate, or you can a clutch brake which is what it sounds like you were trying to do, where you dump it then brake and hold it. for that, rev it up the same way, dump the clutch then when you get your left foot off the clutch switch to the brake real quick. the car will jump foreward when they start smokin then you slam on the brakes and it will stop and you smoke em. be careful tho, you will have to play with the gas, cause the car will prolly slimb right up and bounce of the rev limiter.

here is an example of my car doing clutch brakes, then bouncing off the rev limiter like i warned you not to do.hehe

Why is bouncing the rev limiter so bad? Its there to protect the motor right not hurt it?

I usually, do I dont beat on the clutch and **** unnecessarily, will pull out in 1st, and from idle, I start to put the brakes on while I throttle it up. Once they start to spin, you just hold the brakes on hard enough to keep it there. This way works really well for me, but everyone has their own ways ... Alot of people like to brake them loose from a stand still, I dont care if I am rolling or not when they start to spin ... Id rather not dump the clutch from 3 or 4K.

The best burnout I have ever seen was done down and back. The guy went down the road a long way and wiped the rear end around all while burning them and brought it back still burning them. He stayed perfectly in the lines too. It was very impressive.

Just raise the rpms drop the clutch, get it spinning and move your left foot over to the brake. Who in the hell tries to hold 2 pedals at once with one foot? Seriously.

1) push brake pedal as hard as I can
2) Switch line-lock arm switch on
3) Hold line-lock momentary switch
4) Release brake pedal
5) Push clutch and put into 2nd gear
6) 3-4K RPMs
7) Dump the clutch and let the Street twin grab
8) Enjoy the smell of melting Rubber engulf the car in a cloud.
9) Maintain the RPMs about 5K

agreed.... just break them loose and you have plenty of time to move your clutch foot to the break..
