Well I had the heads and intake off at the time and held it up by 4 bolts screwed in to where the heads bolt to the block. You could get a happy hooker and lift it up so you don't have to take the intake off. Yes there are 6 bolts that hold the k- member on + the 4 shock towers in the eninge bay.

I don't know what kind of K-member you have but I did a a couple of these install's already. The K-members that we used where PA Performance Chromoly. The bolt location's are going to be the same on all of them.
The two car's I did was mine(motor was out of it) and a friends(motor in).
The car with motor in was done as follow:
We put the car on jack stands so as to have good access to the chassi bolts that hold the k-member in place. Once the car was in the air we secured engine strap from the right exhaust flange on over to the left exhaust flange. You see the headers where off the car and the straps bolted to the exhaust bolts on the cylinder heads. after that was done we connected the engine strap to a cherry picker and jacked up till we could see the tension taken up enought to loosen the motor mounts bolts to pull out.
I think you have the rest of the work from there.
Wait till you see how long the OEM brake lines are in comparison to the new one you will have to run.
Good Luck,
Jim
