Post front tire ???

>Hi ,
What are the "pros and Cons" of running 27" and 29" front tires on 4th gen Fbodies ? I always see people using 26" tall tires , but wouldn't the taller tires help with the weight tranfer ?

I have been running a 28" tire for roll out. When I used to run 26" tires I would have to hesitate on the last yellow or I would red light. With the 28" tire I can leave on the yellow.

The taller tire has a larger footprint on the ground. This will increase your rollout. You can actually start the car moving a little bit earlier without breaking the stage light.

A 26" or 29" tire will work fine. The 26" just requires a bit more precision in your launching to keep from redlighting.
