First time @ track in the C4

Got the car a couple weeks ago, and got it to the track last friday. Here's the best run:

R/T - .403
60' - 2.082
330 - 5.790
1/8 - 8.821
MPH - 81.97
1000 - 11.448
1/4 - 13.675
MPH - 99.09

This is a stock '95 A4 with only bullet mufflers.

Good runs man!!

I think the MPH seems a little low though. My '96 A4 2.73'd Z went a best of-

2.0 60ft

8.8 1/8 ET

81 1/8 MPH

13.6 1/4 ET

102 1/4 MPH

That was bone stock. I would think you would at least get 100-101??

Good runs nonetheless!!

not true. i got a gt qualifer 275. my personal best was a 1.94 60 ft' but my battery is in my trunk. got 4.11's eaton posi and a 2800 stall. so that might help me :P. i just turn my tires over about 10 times just to clean em off. and i rarely break loose as long as the track is warm. i put my foot right into it right off the line.

not true?? you also have a stall & gears to add to that 1.9 & you get decent traction. I'm talking about bone stock.

torched, your car is falling on its face after the 1/8th mile due to the 2.73s...hence why your mph in the 1/4 is low...get some 3.73s man...

I agree the 273`s are killin you. When I was bone stock and the 273`s I only traped 98 mph.The very next weekend after that I changed to 373`s and picked up 3 tenths and 3 mph.
Change the gears
