Fastest NA LT1's
Fastest NA LT1's
Just looking for a list of the fast NA LT1's. They do have to have LT1 type heads, block and basic engine setup. I would rather only efi cars.
Just trying to fine out what kind of number NA cars are running.
I know of Joe O and Steve Q. Who else is running strong.
THanks

I believe Vince McCauley (aka spraytheway on here) went 9.7x n/a w/ his nitrous motor like 3 years ago. He's since gone a best of 9.0 on the juice but that was w/ traction problems. The LT1 record will soon fall.

I know about Frank's car. He was the only one that I knew about that was faster than me. When I had just a cam in my car it went 11.80 @ 112. That was at 2700'. I always wondered what it would have done at NO PROBLEM. They get some great air to run in down there. Oh well

The current NHRA National records are,
http://www.nhra.com/stats/stk_record.html
The B/FI, C/FI, B/FIA, and C/FIA are LT1 cars (not 100% sure on the B/FI Corvette because it could possibly be an LT4. I know that Woodro was building one last year for somebody).
