A lot of ricers will double clutch because they think it gives an extra "thrust" when put into the next gear. Where this came from...beats me

ah yea, you gotta love the people who swear by F&F as a racing tutorial, i am by no means an expert, and thought the movie was ok if you ignore all the huge innaccuracies in it, i love how in all of those movies they always say "ohh too early when someone hits the bottle nad they wait till the very end of the pass and then hit their's and somehow pass the guy who was already spraying. Oh well, one thing is for sure, there are definatly a lot more civics, and crx's out at the track now to walk all over, even with my slow traction deprived lt-1 car.

Yes you can. I've done it myself, though it was on a bike. Fish-tailing with the front wheel up is a weird feeling.
