Do SFC's really help???

Some one told me they will help a lot with the 1/4 times. I just don't see it. Maybe a lil with the weight transfer but not a lot.

u have all those types of mods on ur car and u still don't know how important SFCs are? interesting... when i got SFC installed on my car, it was the most noticable mod i did... with that and good traction device, shaved off 1sec

They help prevent body flex. I don't think you'll see a big ET drop after installing them though.

SFC are the first thing you should do to a unibody car before any other suspension work is done.

See thats the problem....hehehe. One says about a sec....another says wont see much. I guess the only way to find out is to do it.

I know how important they are...just never got around to installing them and have just been breaking in the motor so I don't really need them yet. I was just curious as to what I should get outta them as far as 1/4 times.
