I had the same setup on my car a couple years ago and it peaked at 6000 rpm on the dyno. I shifted at 6000-6200 rpm.

Tie a string with a weight hanging off it inside the car or have someone hold it. When you accelerate the weight will be pulled back by gravity so when it returns to it's upright position you are no longer accelerating in that gear. This is your optimum shifting point, so make note of it in every gear to shift at that rpm. It's a very easy and very effective method of finding your shift point.

Mr.GearheadZ28 - Never heard of anyone doing it that way but it makes sense ... I would want to shift BEFORE that though, like when the rate of acceleration just starts to dwindle after peak horsepower.

Deerslayinredneck - My cam is similar, same duration but higher lift, and a tighter LSA. The tighter LSA makes it feel "peakier" - it comes into the power harder but also comes out of it harder. I shift at around 6200-6400 RPM's if I am wringing it out.

6200rpms sounds like a good starting point, I'll play around with it from there and see how it likes it
