Exclamation Can't wait for this season!

Last year I only ran my car once. Mustered a best of 14.34@96 mph on a hot and humid August day. This spring long tube headers and a set of 3.42 gears are going in. I'm hoping to see mid 13s on street tires. Sadly, I have to wait another month or so until I install all of this crap due to my car being in storage. But I cannot wait for April, cuz I'm sure that's when the local track opens up.

How about the rest of you guys?

Something about that pic gives me wood. J/k. You better get moving on that thing hot stuff. I don't remember your plans for it, what's going in the beast?

I'm more excited about it this year, probably because some mods are going in the car, I'm getting excited just to see how much faster it's going to run. I should be able to keep up and pass my buddies 97 Z that ran a 13.7 with just gears on street tires. I might even yank out the back seats, since I'm huge, no one can sit back there anyway.

377 SBC with a fresh coat of Chevy orange.

I don't really know any of the specifics other than that I'm running it with a TH-400, Ford 9" and it should put me low in the 10's or high 9's. Wheelies are fun!

I cant wait to see what my car will run this season with stickier tires. Got a daily driver last November, so the Camaro can now be used strickly for racing and nice days.

4 years?!?! My god Scott, how could you? April 3rd is when our track opens unless we get nice weather early.

That's what moving 3 times, selling your house and moving to another state will do to you. I had to spend money on everything but the car but I finally found a good core engine and rebuilt it and stuck it in my car. Hopefully it will hold together

Ahhh, I see. Good luck with it then. Any estimates regarding RWHP or ETs?

Atco has been open the last 2 Sundays. If the water in the burnout box isn't frozen, they run!!

No clue as I have a few bugs to work out. Hopefully it won't be too slow
