Can I hit 12s with these mods on my vert?

I have 96z28 A4 vert.Raceweight last year with heavy 250 pound me was 3825.
Mods last year were 3.42 gears,magnaflo catback,1le bellows,air induction,airfoil,maf translator,hpp tuning out,slp fan switch.
Best last year was a bit of disappointing 14.3 at 95mph with a 2.18 on nitto drag radials. Our track was unprepped that day.Its at 1900 feet elevation and had a strong headwind. Not sure how strong.

This season have waiting to install asp underdrive balancer,1.6 comp pro magnums and 2800 vigilante stall converter.I sold the nittos previous guy badly flat spotted them by letting them sit 1 and half years without moving his car.
I plan on 16 inch new et streets radials.
Do you guys think I should be able to hit a 12.9 with the above at my altitude if I pull off a 1.8 or so 60ft?

And what about with some mac headers and offroad pipe?

Of course will likely get kicked off at 13.5 unless can squeak in under new pure stock rules. But can't see how can do that unless play very dumb.
