Can I do it?
Well...you guys think I can beat a stock 03 cobra with my mods below?
What about if it has a pulley and exhaust?
Friend of mine has an 03....I think he might have done the pulley though

i dont think it should be a problem. a lot of it depends on yours and his driving skills but your car should be capable even if he does have a pulley.
