Best 60 ft with nittos?

My best 60ft was 1.84 on nittos and 1.84 on street tires.
How did you guys getting those sub 1.6 60 fts do your launch, feathering the throttle or mashing it? I used to spin them thru 1st gear even after a good long burnout.
