Anyone using Goodyear radial drag slicks?

Just wondering if anyone is using the Goodyear radial drag slicks size 30x9x15 with the medium compound. Does anyone know how good these hook? Anyone know who usually uses these tires? Are there any disadvantages to going with this type of tire over a regular slick? I am contemplating on getting these tires for when I get the bottle put on my car and whenever the rain stops around here. Thanks for any info.
Matt

Matt,Mostly NHRA STock/Super Stock run those slicks.
Tom Guellich (sp?) also runs a radial slick on his 3rd gen,but i think he uses a 29" size.

Micky and Hoosier also make radial slicks,so you have some choices.

M/T, Goodyear, Hoosier and now Pheonix all offer 30 x 9 radial slicks. I run the Hoosiers that are 92.5 circumference. They are great with an automatic but you'll find the stick guys run the standard bias ply slicks. Be sure to ask about the recommended pressures and rotation schedules each brand suggests as the pressures are higher than the bias slicks and you need to rotate them to keep the sidewalls alive. You also need to ask about the burnout procedure each recommends. The radials are great slicks but you need to change how you run them compared to the bias types.
