Alright guys, A track Virgin Here. What rpm do you 3000 Stall guys launch at?

Its going to be my 2nd time at the track ever. The first time was 3 years ago when i was stock, with stock tires.

Now, i just want to know what you guys suggest launching at? I have a 3000 vig stall.
Also whats the best psi for BFG DR's? i've seen alot of people vary what they set it at for the track. So i want to see what worked for u personally...

And those with Hal's, what do u set the shocks at for the track?

Thanks guys..
Any other tips would be awesome too.

Most of the guys I know with vigs say they get better times flashing it than stalling it. My TC isnt a vig and appears to do better stalling it to around 2200.

From my 2nd hand experience(never had the money to put a TC in my Z) I would hold the rrrr's at about 1200-1500 and let it flash from there. It tends to give more of a "umpf" off the line. Usually there's a few hundredths of a difference, nothing major but every bit can help

I get my best 60`s launching from 1200(just enough to load everything up)
