I own a '93 Z28 with a Cold-Air-Intake and a Stage-1 ECU Chip. There's a guy at school with a BMW Z3 2.3 Litre with no modifications. He wants to race. So let me get yall's opinion. Who would win?

Not the same race but a buddy of mine has a Z4 and I an LS1.. It was an easy win for myself...

 

The BMW doesn't stand a chance. I have a 328i which has +.5L on the 2.3 Z3 and it would still lose to a Z28. Mine runs 15.5 in the 1/4 with good traction. The 2.3 would probably be in the 16+ range, chipped or not.

Z28 is high 14s at WORST.

Even if you can't drive and he's the best driver in the world, you will put buslengths on him. There's no point in comparing these two cars. The Z has almost twice it's power and twice and some bigger engine.

I can show you a vid of my Z agains my 328 if that will make you feel more comfortable.

At least video tape it, but try to make some cash off of him. Sounds like he is trying do deal with his homosexuality if he is driving a Z3 anyways.
