Hey Tanner,
Very impressive times for a 6 speed,heavy f-body!
Just goes to show your driving the **** out of that car off the line not to mention your nitrous tuneup is working very well for ya!
What cylinder heads are you running? AFR 227? From the ET's your producing and at the weight of your car the combination sounds to be making big power on the bottle most people with a good optimized tuneup will see at best 1.500 sec. off there ET when on the bottle. Look like your 1.750 to almost 2.000 seconds off your ET! Very impressive results with the bottle! That's a tuneup I would be very tight liped about. I still can't believe your running the times that you do with a 6 speed. WOW! It would be interesting to see what your car would run ET wise if you had a Liberty or Jerrico trans getting all the power to the ground?
Sounds like its time for a second stage of nitrous.
Way To Go!

Jwinn,
thanks! i have the car figured out. my 11.3 on motor was with my big 28" tires, unfortunately i am shifting into 4th at the 1000' mark i have 26" et streets that i tol around on in the city, with those i believe i can run into the high tens, the big tire just kills me on motor. my cam is geared for nitrous, that is where it shines. i tried the big tire last year and the car ran 11.8's!! doh! so i have picked up a almost half a second from the previous setup!
second stage you must be nuts!! lol! not until i install the dfi. i am at 6700-6750 running the traps still on the stock pcm! running a second stage is something i probably never will attempt!
i have thought of jerico, but i have also heard that it is not a trans that i would want to run on the street! i have seen on ein a mustang that runs in the 9's n/a, looking for eights on spray, problem for him is he puts it on the bumper right now when he runs!!!lol!
yes afr's, mildly worked, still room there for improvement as well! maybe over the next winter.

it made 440 rwhp with slicks and full exhaust.
my 11.35 time this year was on the 28" tire. i was shifting into 4th aat the 1000' mark! i will try my 26" et streets soon, i believe 11.0's or possibly a 10.9xx is doable. i was running the traps at i think 5600 rpm. the car is .5 sec faster than last year with the big tire! so i am hoping it is .5 faster with the smaller et streets. and race weight is just above 3400#'s
