60' vs 1/4 time ratio

I have read and people have said that sometimes .1 in the 60' could be take about .2 off at the end of the 1/4. the reason I ask is I went to the track friday night and was plagued with a few computer problems, and when I finally got them figured out I had only 1 run available to test my launch! Stalled it up a little, about 1500 RPM's and when the light changed I nailed it and spun forever, and I had to be on and off the throttle to get it off the line. This is what it looked like;
R/T .371
60' 2.712
330 6.645
1/8 9.749
MPH 79.79
1000 12.391
1/4 14.629
MPH 100.91

If it comes out to be 1:1 60':1/4 ratio,
then I should get 13.6 with a damn good launch?
I am hoping the normal ratio is more like 1:1.5 or more. That would make me feel better. I was running better then that before the stall and a few cheep new mods! People tell me that this ratio is dependant to the car, and different cars come back with a diferent ratio of 60':1/4 times. My car has a little weight reduction like !back seats, !sway bar, !spare, and !jack. And it has the mods in my sig. , and oh yeah, that was on Drag Radials!

Also my MPH is down about 2.4 MPH from prior best and about -2 MPH off my average, is this because of the high stall?

yeah same on DSR, but what/where is GDR? Yeah I was hoping it to be closer to 1:1.5 becasue that would put me in the range I was hoping for! Do you have a yellow vega?

Na i have the car in the sig. The vega part came from when i used to install systems in cars and my favorite type of speakers were/are cerwin vegas. Magic is from the old bass cds magic mike and my name is mike... So long story short thats where i came up with it and it just stuck lol. GDR is godragracing.com a site kinda like autorush.com . I visit all the local sites and f-body sites when im bored or off work and on GDR theres a guy that just posted and his name was slowformula lol.

Who knows about the question I had about my MPH??? Is it normal to loose about 2 MPH from a high stall converter?

Not sure how much, but yeah a stall and drag radials will lower your mph some. Along with weather conditions and etc.
