What gains in the 1/4 mile should be expected(if any) with 4.10 gears and bone stock motor? Car is a 6spd and crosses the lights in the bottom of fourth with 3.42 gears. I'm guessing with the 4.10's it should be a few hundred rpms more in fourth at the traps. I can borrow a set of ET Streets 26x11.50-16, but worried about the rear end. Are these tires overkill for this power level?

I'm not sure about a bone stock motor but I gained 2/10 going to 4:10's. With the stock gears I would shift around 55-5600 and just hit 4th before crossing the line. Now I shift at 6000 and it's close to that in 4th crossing the line now. I really need a cam and some taller tires because the power drops off in it after 55-5600.
