My Buddy and I are both 17...
He drives a white 89' RS 305' auto ....Stock to my knowledge, decent exhaust system very nicely maintained..

I drive an 88' " not sure the model " 5 speed 305'...
Myne sat for about a year, then was on the road for 2 months, before i bought it about 1 month ago...
Myne has 10 inch wide tires on the back , duel flowmaster exhaust, older headers... but mostly stock....i have it in grey primer right now...

I have been dting to know who would win... I have challenged him numerous times but he wont..
We have decided to go to the closest drag strip n do it there...its only a 1/8 mile track though..

What do you think the outcome will be?

 

first time racing? You might get a 10.0.

 

Those 305 TBI motors arent exactly screamers, 170HP, it'll hit 10s in the 1/8.

 

I know that my car nor I are professional Dragsters...
fast none the less...enought o get in trouble with...
But do you think I'd win?

 

You should beat your buddy if you can shift. I went to the track last weekend with some friends. One of them just picked up a 91 Z that is a 5 speed. I beat him every time because he couldnt shift

 

Ive been driving stick for About a month n a half now...
so im not expierienced but im pretty good
