well i'd say ur times are dead on... if not, pretty good.

w/ an altiutde of 4000, ur time is roughly a 13.4 @ sea level. Cut a better 60', u might hit a 13.2.

That's pretty good for an lt1 without headers, and in need of a retune.

 

Up in the clouds for sure! All I can think is to drop to 14 PSi or so in the tires, NOT 28PSI...And do a decent burnout if you are not doing that. Try flash it like others have suggested. Goodluck!

 

that's pretty low. you have to remember he's not even at full bolt on's. Running them that low at the power level he's at will most likely bog the motor off the line. When I ran my 26x10x15 mt et drags on my full bolt on car, it bogged the motor when i was dumping the clutch at 5000 rpm. that's with 20 psi.

 

launch off idle.... ur track is at a wicked high altitude so naturally ur times r gonna be worse then others, like say mine where i race the track is at 80ft above sea level.... remove as much weight as u can/want.... get some tires, i prefer m/t et street radials, launch of idle, get a retune... do a good burnout with the new tires.... oh and did i mention launch off idle?....practice makes perfect... u'll get ur times down i promise.... first pass in my car 14.3.... by the end of that season i got it down to 13.3 with less mods then u have..... u'll get it down i promise
