The weather and the track prep will ulitmately decide but I would think with a good 60' you'll see high 13's...make sure you pump up those front tires...anything helps. Good luck!
It is possible, my best e.t. is a 13.95 @ 98 so you have the m.p.h. to do it. My 60 foot on that run was 2.0 so a little more traction should get you there.
It should be. If you can get to the track when it is a little cooler out that will help too; as heat and humidity will make you run a little slow. Also the lower the elevation the better.
