13.1 @ 96 mph....Does this seem correct with these mods?

Went to the track a few weeks ago and ran the 1/4 in 13.11. I was pleasantly surprised, I was expecting maybe a 13.5 or 13.4.
Car is 1994 Z28 LT1 A4, mods are Pacesetter longtubes, 3 inch exhaust, electric cutout, 373 gear, MAF sensor, CAI, full suspension
Does this seem like a normal time for these mods?

Your trap MPH is on the low side (96 MPH). With a 13.10 (an outstanding ET) the MPH should be up around 103 to 106. Not sure what would be causing the low MPH (air intake)?

wow, if you weren't on the brakes that car must hook like a ****! as far as the e.t. it seems to be on par with stock converter cars with those mods...if you weren't on the brakes that mph is way low for those mods. I trapped 98.x mph bone stock at 3800lbs raceweight
Not to be a buzz kill or anything but that just does not sound right.
Not saying it couldn't happen but I was running 13.4 @ 104 with the same mods. 1.9 sixty foots.
Just seems very low trap speed for the ET.

That MPH is pretty much impossible in a full weight F-body going 13.1 unless you were on the brakes as someone mentioned.
Either you're reading your timeslip wrong or the sensors at the track are malfunctioning.

As stated above with a 1.9 60' it takes about 104-5mph to get a 13.1 so yeah something happened to the timers. You need to post the whole slip and we can easily tell from the other numbers what the real deal is.
It doesn't sound right to me, in general, simply because the mph is so low... I was running 13.5s and 13.6s at 100, with stock gears in a six speed. The rest of my mods were similiar... I can see a couple of tenths lower with a good driver and gears, maybe a little more at a sea level track that is well prepped and with perfect air, but the mph indicates something is off with the car in general... It "might" sound right at a 1000 foot track however.
It would be real helpful to have the incrementals.
