This is for guys that that have been in the 11's on the engine, what's the spread in the summer heat? It's been so hot around most of the country, so natrually they slow down, but how much do your et's suffer in the summer?

 

Im not in the 11's but Id say anywhere from 2-3mph and the same in tenths on average

 

This year from the coolest to the warmest has been about 2.5 tenths. 10.97 @ 65° to 11.22 @ 90°

Mid Michigan Motorplex in Stanton,MI

 

My car varies from 12.10s to 11.40s and 111 to 118MPH depending on the weather and track. That's short shifting the car at 5400 RPM. I can pick up more than a tenth with higher shift points. I can run on a 11.98 dial any time of the year.

 

Density Altitude has more impact than any other mod I ever did to the car(s).

 

Here is my 11.17 run from last Sunday, 80° and spinning out of the hole, first time at the track since the heads and intake, ill be in the high 10's on a good track once I have the suspension figured out!

I've seen about a 2-3 tenths difference between sping/fall and mid summer.
