11.33 on G70-14 bias plys!

Gentlemen,
I am happy to announce the brand new and latest F.A.S.T. [Factory Apearing Stock Tire] and P/S [Pure Stock] Muscle car drag racing. The event was the second of the 2003 season and took place on July 17, 2003 at Norwalk Raceway Park in Norwalk Ohio. Guess what cars won both classes? A pair of ZL-1's!

This is the new F.A.S.T. race series everybody is talking about. It has been featured in Hot Rod, Popular Hot Rodding, Mopar Muscle, Super Chevy and Car Craft magazines. The idea of the F.A.S.T. class was born out of a growing number of "Pure Stock" participants going a bit too quick and subsequently being asked not to return for participation at the next race "Pure Stock" race. This led to the formation of the new "F.A.S.T." class. The F.A.S.T. class cars must look and sound 100% stock. The rules require the use of original castings for the block, heads, manifolds, carbs, and the original type wheels and tires all around. There are no headers or sticky tires allowed, but the cars may use a 2 1/2" exhaust system, with original looking and sounding mufflers, exiting in the stock location. Engine mods include: radicle head and manifold porting, ultra-high compression ratios, big stroker cranks, aluminum rods, etc- virtually any invisible engine modification is allowed EXCEPT nitrous oxide.

Some of the cars at the event:
1970 Road Runner 440 six pac, (this car featured in Mopar Muscle Magazine)
1970 Charger R/T 440 six pac,
1970 426 Hemi Dodge Challenger, (this car featured in Mopar Muscle Magazine and

Matt,
The main reason for producing this tape is to further the cause of Factory Appearing Stock Tire muscelcar drag racing [Had you heard of it before this post?] Beleive me, I could make more money flipping burgers at McDonalds. I know you're probably not into it, as you drive a later model Camaro, but this was the only race in three years that a Camaro came out on top. Give it a chance. It's new.

Mike: Please email Chris@camaroz28.com or Jason@camaroz28.com about becoming a supporting advertiser of this site. The rates are reasonable and I am pretty certain that your target market is well represented.

I have left some of your post intact as it is descriptive about the series, however I have removed references to your product offering. If you have a problem with that feel free to take it "off line" but as a Moderator my duties are to enforce the rules of the site andf to be fair to everyone I cannot allow your solicitation to slide. I understand the concept of it being easier to ask forgiveness than permission, but as you can tell from the comments here, we run a fair ship.

Again, I encourage you to contact the Admins and set up some dynamite advertising for you and your firm.

I have heard of the series and applaud your efforts to assist with ts growth however on this site your enthusiasm needs to comply within our rule structure.
