hey i jus got back from the track tell me what u guys think

No, but it can affect who gets to the finish line first.

Say 2 cars line up. 1 runs a 9.9, the other a 9.7. The 9.9 gets a .60 light, and the 9.7 gets a .90 light. The 9.9 car wins the race by .10 seconds. So for racing, RT counts.
