1.76 60' and 8.25 1/8...bolt-ons only

...well sort of. New best 60' and a new best 1/8.

Due to the new converter, I was SERIOUSLY lacking in the MPH department, but E.Ts. were close to where they should be. The converter is a Midwest 3600, and it's pretty loose. Also, my Eaton decided to take a crap on me, so I'm one-legged.

The best 1/4 run of the night was only a 13.05 @ 103.03 (highest MPH of the night, lowest was a 102.76...was trapping 107, 108 with the stock converter), but I managed a new best peg-legged 60' of 1.76 on one drag radial, and a new best 1/8 time of 8.25. Seems my car has the torque going on, but the back half of the track isn't pulling so well. It's most likely the converter, because I know I'm overstalled at the moment (but it will match perfectly with the cam).

Here's video of the 13.05 run.

I also nailed a perfect reaction time... .500.

All in all...I'm kind of happy, but it looks like I have some serious work to do. Need to get that MPH back up, and actually have TWO wheels with traction.

Wow...just noticed.

79.43 mph.

My best 1/8 mph ever is 84.99 mph. Something funky is going on here.

Another timeslip from last night lists my 1/8mph as 84.6. WTF?

Nice runs but I think you've got something else going on too.
When I put the Yank st3500 in my car I gained mph in the 1/8 and 1/4.

Dang Joe, somethings up with your car. 79 mph in the 1/8th isn't right. I remember when you were running with that burnt plug wire, and barely in the 13's. You aren't trying that sh*t again only a full second faster are ya!!!
