12.313 @ 110.64, 1.69 60'...

Mods are in the sig.. weather was much better this evening. Temps in the mid/high 50's, humidity in the 70's.

Had a bunch of other 12.3 passes to go with that and all my traps were in the 110's tonight.

Can't believe I cut a 1.69 on Nitto's.. yikes!

Damn man, you're gaining on my mph. Awesome times and a great 60'! I would kill for a 1.69. Maybe the new 26x11.50 ET Streets/skinnies will help my cause. :P Again, congrats.

Already beat your mph hehe... my best MPH of the night was 110.81.. thanks though *edit, just noticed you have a 111mph best... *

Antz.... tell me about it, it's been a long ride these past 3 years.. all this craziness didn't really start until I put on my LT headers in Feb '02, then the madness took over!!

Congrats on the new time that is great. I also pulled a 1.69 60' on my Nittos, they are 275/40 17's though.

111 *ahem* point five. lol Either way, your car is getting down the track quicker. When are the heads going on...or are you shooting for 11s on stock heads?

Shootin' for 11's on stock heads I won't be broken hearted if I don't get there, but it can't hurt to try as I have a free restall left for my vigilante and I plan on getting ET Streets to get more consistent.

After that I'll work on my suspension some..

Nice.

My goal has been 11s on stock heads for a while...but I don't know if I'm going to get there. I don't know if the 10-bolt/clutch will survive. With skinnies, I'm thinking she'll trap 112.5-113 and with a nice hard launch (a 1.7x would be nice) it may get there. If not, it will be damn close and I'll have a lot of fun trying. I think realistically the quickest I'll go on this setup is a 12.2 or so.

Keep on keepin' on.

Congrats on the great times. I remember your stock times too. That's quite a jump you made.

should be some good stuff...

ponykilla.. the key to nitto's is getting them hot as hell... not only that.. to be able to pull a 60' like that the track prep has to be perfect...

I had 2 1.69 passes and about 3 1.7 passes.. the rest of the night my 60's went up as the track prep slowly went away, where as my friend with his 95Z on ET Streets was still OK. ET streets would be more forgiving with track prep and more consistent.. but I don't mind right now I will be getting ET Streets next year though.
