WOT Tuning, Spreadsheet attached.

WOT Tuning, Spreadsheet attached.
I've made a nice little Spreadsheet with my cars stock numbers (1995 A4) along with some comments and tooltips for the columns and how I got the numbers.
If you take a look at the graph though there is a noticable dip in the stock's desired AF ration at around 4800-5200 RPM. Soon after, the car goes back to a 12.4:1 ratio. I thought it may have something to do with shifts, but this is weird because A4's are supposed to shift around 5800, which is after the "dip" GM programmed in.
Does anyone have a clue why they would have done this?

Cool... what part is stock though? The %changes vs both rpm and coolant temp are not matching my stock tables.
What part does the open loop AFR vs coolant temp vs map play in WOT tuning? Are just the 2 aforementioned ones used once WOT mode is entered? I'm just getting into using tunercat and have little experience so far...
