wideband output to ac pressure port?

Ok i have seeb some people mention hokking up the wideband analog"i believe" output to the ac pressure port so that wideband readings will show up on logging. But is there anything else needed or do i simply hook it up to it? I tried searching for this and didnt find anything. is this the only way to hook it up to something to read wideband info on a datalog?

I think the only difference is it will read as PSi or Volts or something like that.

If u go on the AEM site (if that what u have) it will give u a conversion chart for Volts to AFR

Here is the sticky.. https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/arc.../t-535603.html . Basically you need a Wideband & Control unit that puts out 0 to +5V, then a switch on the a/c pressure switch that sends either the wideband or a/c pressure to the PCM, then you have to set up the Datamaster 'custom data feature' display the 0-5V as AFR.

What he said. The writeup is excellent and should get you exactly what you need for running a wideband through Datamaster.

Except it does not always match exactly... Sometimes it can be off as bad as 0.3 A/F. Your mileage may vary, but I worked quite a bit to make the datalogs read similar to the afr displayed on the wideband gauge. So take the readings with a grain of salt, it works but it is not perfect. Adjust the y intercept to improve the accuracy in the 12.5-13 range as best you can, dont worry about areas that are non wot if you run closed loop. They are not that critical.
