Have you tried e-mailing him?
He's always answered my e-mails within a couple of days.

 

Yep, 2 times in the last couple of weeks. No response. I know he's busy though. I have a problem w/Datamaster. I had to put in a new hard drive and now I have the message that says I have only 19 more logs before I have to register. I tried the old Authorization code but it doesn't work. I just need to have him send me a new code. I tried TTS but they said I have to go through Andrew.

 

I had the same thing happen when I bought my new laptop and copied the programs over. Andrew just had to give me a new authorization code.
Hmm...all I can tell you is to keep trying.
