VE Master?

VE Master?
I've searched endlessly through countless old threads on this board and many google searches and can not find a link or sight that sells or offers the program as a download anywhere. I need a VE tuning program that will work with datamaster and C.A.T.S. tuner (tunercat) on an OBDI 95 Z28. Thanks all for any help you may offer.
O, the only thing I found on this was a megasquirts programing set up. It however would require me to buy all new hardware and programing tools. I am going to use my FJO wideband and datamaster to analyze and tunercat to program/change the VE tables while in speed density mode since I will not be using the MAF any time soon(long story please don't ask). Again thanks.
