Vats System..i think
Hello this is my first post.
I have a 1990 Camaro RS TBI that wont start. I replaced the starter because at first it was grinding real bad and second i had to hit it with a hamer to get it to kick over. After i put the new starter in it wouldnt start. I checked all my fuses and connections to the starter. I was told that the VATS anti-theft system could cause this problem. The car has power and the battery is good. I would like to know what i can do to fix this...bypass or to put a push starter in.
