USB to ALDL cables?

I found this... http://www.dgtech.com/product/dpa4/dpa4.php but the product description is somewhat too technical for me and the picture throws me off. The only thing that I see implying USB are the letters USB on the device. I emailed the guy over at akm cables to see if he put out his product yet but i havent seen anything on his site to hint at it other than something from january 03

EDIT: I just looked at the pricelist on that site... a little extreme. 695 for that

I am using one of the Belkin USB to rs232 adapters from AKM and have had good luck with it. For $15 it's hard to beat. I'm running XP and using it for Tunercat and Datamaster and it works good.

yeah he had made some of them, but they werent as reliable as the belkins rs232 to usb adapter, and they would have costed more than just getting the adapter as well. So he doesnt sell the complete cable.
