Explain what you mean by full tune vs. pcm tune. ??? All tunes are done in the PCM.

The right person tuning on a dyno can dial it right in. The mail order ones guess from your mods what would be close. Of course the latter is much cheaper and easier. I was quoted $400 for starters. If you do go the dyno route find someone who had the similar car and see what they thought. My local one has no idea how the lt1's work so i can't see wasting that kind of money on guessing. Good luck either way.

Seeing that you have bolt-on mods, a dyno tune would be kind of expensive and not as beneficial as if you had more serious mods done to the motor. I would just opt for the cheaper mail-order tune.
