Would it be worth to do it to 95 Formula M6?

Car has:
Homemade CAI, Hooker Shorty headers, Offroad y-pipe, Borla catback, BBK crank pulley, LT4 KM, airlfoil, free mods, and a cutout. Will it be wise to buy a adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

If tuning would be worth it, how would i go about doing it? (LT1 Edit)? How would i get this "LT1 Edit"?

Car will probably get ported stock heads and a LT4 Hotcam Kit soon, so would it be better off and wait until that is done?

Can someone reccomend a place in Houston that can tune it for me..

Adjustable FPU is worthless for your purposes, tuning could buy you 5-10 HP, maybe even 15 on the top end if you visited the dyno, otherwise basically a waste.
