tunerpro glitchy

I have a94 firebird that I am trying to run the dashboard for tunerpro on, I am finding it to shown the data glitching and falling back to 0 on gauges and numbers. I have run datamaster the old freescan and currently scan9495 with the same laptop and cable and not seen this before...

Is this a software issue? Do I need better cables to woprk for tunerpro? Is it possible I am not connecting properly?

I have to click on acquire data continous to get it to connect and when it does it flashes back and forth between data connected and data error. It also counts errors found besire this box.

Re: tunerpro glitchy

You always need to hit acquire data to get it to start. The glitching could very well be the cable. I built my own, and had some issues with the first chip I ordered doing that. I changed chip, and it was all good.

I also noticed the driver for the cable can be a little goofy on Windows 7. It worked fine on Vista(yuck).

I've got a new chip coming for my z28, I'll get it wired in and tweaked, and I can do a write up for it if needed.
