So I bought the Tunercats BIN file compare program and it would be awesome if I knew what the addresses mean. (For example I just ran this below) So where can I find out what the address means? Is there a table somewhere that shows a list of the addresses?

Holy crap. You spent $20 for a diff program?

I'm guessing "look in the tdf file" isn't going to work for you, so another solution would be to buy the tunercat tdf editor to examine his definition files.

You do know that tunercat itself will let you compare bin files in a more human-readable manner?
